A unique, inspirational and dynamic approach is being brought to the business world by Olivia Stefanino, whose blend of western techniques and eastern philosophies has led to the creation of the powerful "Be Your Own Guru" personal leadership development programme.

Proven over the last ten years in blue chip companies, SME's and not-for-profit organisations, Olivia's work is based on the premise that "successful companies employ successful individuals".  Understanding that we "co-create" our life experience, Olivia specialises in helping individuals and teams shift in order to be at "cause" rather than "effect".

Olivia's book, "Be Your Own Guru - personal and business enlightenment in just 3 day!" reveals just how powerful the combination of emotional and spiritual intelligence can be in the business arena.  Published in the UK by Capstone (a subsidiary of international publishing house John Wiley) in late 2006, the book has since been released in India - and it is currently being translated into both Polish and simple Chinese.

As well as running coaching and training programmes, Olivia is regularly invited to fulfil a variety of speaking engagements - from keynote speeches on how emotional and spiritual intelligence lead to increased profits through to highly interactive sessions which demonstrate the power of the mind! A member of the Public Speakers Association, Olivia's style is described as "passionate, engaging and life-changing".

Originally trained as a journalist, Olivia went on to own and edit two business magazines before deciding to follow her heart and change careers. She still retains her links with journalism through her regular column called "The Business Doctor", which she writes for a number of international publications.  A former member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Olivia is qualified in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Time Line Therapy, Emotional Intelligence (including psychometric testing and interpretation) and Counselling. 

Finally, as well as recording four audio programmes, Olivia's first management book - about the power of emotional and spiritual intelligence at work - was launched in the UK in 2007. Olivia attended a special launch party organised by the Deputy High Commision in Mumbai in Spring 2007 to celebrate the launch of the book in India - and since then, the translation rights have aldo been sold into both China and Poland.

Olivia is Managing Director of both Be Your Own Guru Ltd Principal of the recently launched Quantum Business School for Therapists.
